P6-QA Tool Overview - Primavera Process & Schedule Validation

The P6-QA tool was developed by Emerald Associates in order to remove the burden of manual schedule and business process analysis by automatically identifying any deficiencies in Primavera P6 schedules based on scheduling best practices and industry standards. These include the Defense Contract Management Agency’s (DCMA) 14-point assessment, as well as user-introduced business process requirements.
