Oracle Acquires Textura
Oracle announced their agreement to acquire a leading provider of construction contracts and payment management cloud services named Textura. The deal was announced on April 28, 2016 and is expected to close sometime this year.
Textura will be another addition to Oracle’s growing cloud solutions. According to the press release “together, Oracle Primavera and Textura will form the Oracle Engineering and Construction Global Business Unit offering a comprehensive cloud-based project control and execution platform that manages all phases of engineering and construction projects.”
