The Program
Starting with overviews of PPM, EPPM and P6 there is a quick review of the processes of planning and scheduling projects to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The course looks at project portfolios, interdependencies, and common problems planning them effectively. The structures and coding needed to handle large P6 projects and multi-projects is covered. Finally, we touch briefly on risk registers and how to incorporate risk coding to ensure Risk Analysis can be performed. The course DOES teach hands-on use of the tools.
