As a continuation to Funding and Unifier Part 1 where we discussed how to track funds at the company level, we will now discuss funds at the project level, including how to allocate funds to a project, the approval workflow, and how to assign funds at the WBS Level.

As a result, the user that was selected in the workflow action will receive a notification in their tasks folder in Unifier. User permissions can be configured to allow each Unifier user access to specific areas of the software. This will allow administrators to delegate tasks to certain users and rollup necessary information to project and company administrators.

Business processes can be triggered from other business processes using the auto-creation feature. Workflow actions can be customized to trigger business process creation and auto-population of the fields in the new business process.
